The Republic of Zambia is a country in the south of the African continent, famous for its wildlife parks and safari tours. Zambia has implemented electronic visas for citizens of more than 60 countries since 2014. 

Foreign nationals who will go to Zambia for short-term purposes such as tourism or business travel are granted an e-visa for a maximum stay of 90 days.

Citizens of the Republic of Turkey who hold ordinary (maroon), special (green) and service (grey) passports are subject to visas for their travels to Zambia. Citizens who hold diplomatic (black) passports are exempt from Zambia visas for their travels up to 90 days.

Zambia Electronic Visa Application

Zambia e-visa applications are made via the website eservices.zambiaimmigration.gov.zm . The e-visa application is evaluated by the Zambia Immigration Department and is finalized within 5-21 days. A Zambia e-visa approval document is sent to the e-mail address of the applicants whose applications are approved.

When entering Zambia, a printout of the e-visa approval must be presented to the border control officer and the visa fee must be paid. Visitors who have successfully completed their entry procedures to the country will receive a Zambia e-visa sticker and entry stamp in their passport.

Zambia E-Visa Application Fee

The Zambia e-visa application fee for tourist, business and personal visits in 2024 is $25 for a single-entry visa, $40 for a double-entry visa and $75 for a multiple-entry visa. The KAZA Univisa fee, which allows you to visit both Zambia and Zimbabwe for up to 30 days, is $50.

The Zambia e-visa fee is paid to the Zambia Immigration officer upon arrival in the country, not at the time of application.
