Certificate of Employment
For an Austrian work visa, the work document must be written in German or English on the official letterhead of the institution where you work.
The employment document must include the employer's full address, landline telephone number, the employee's starting date, his/her position within the company, the number of days off, and the name, surname and position of the signing authority.
Business Visa Invitation Letter
Austria business visa invitation letter is a visa document that must include details such as the purpose of your visit, its duration and the activities to be performed.
The Austria visa invitation prepared by the institution inviting the visa applicant to Austria must be written in accordance with the criteria stipulated by the foreign mission.
Financial Commitment
A letter of commitment from Austria for business travel is required if the applicant does not have sufficient or verifiable financial resources for the duration of the trip.
If the Austrian-based institution agrees to pay all extraordinary additional expenses that may occur during the stay of the person it invites, it can declare commitment with EVE documents through the police station or GVE documents through the Austrian Ministry of the Interior.
