    Important Information

    For Austrian visa applications, all documents except flight ticket reservations, travel health insurance, hotel reservations, bank statement, SGK employment and service statement, payrolls, tax certificate, activity certificate, signature circular and trade registry gazette are requested to be translated into German or English by the consulate. Notarization is not required for translated documents.

    If the applicants will not be collecting their passports and visas in person, a power of attorney must be issued on behalf of the person sent to collect them. In addition, a photocopy of the ID or passport of the person given the power of attorney to collect the passport must also be presented.
