Type C Visa: Valid for stays up to 90 days. Tourist visas are included in this group.

Type D Visa: Valid for stays longer than 90 days. It is a national visa type. This type of visa should be applied for travels for education, family reunification, residence and work purposes.

To Which Bank Is Bulgaria Visa Fee Deposited?

In personal applications (using VFS), since the intermediary institution and consulate fees are paid separately, there is confusion about which bank the Bulgarian visa fee should be deposited to.

The Bulgaria visa fee service fee must be paid to VFS Global in cash. Payment cannot be made by credit card. The consulate fee fee must be made to the bank account of the relevant consulate by transfer from the relevant bank branch. Payments must be in EURO. Neither institution accepts TL payments. In case of depositing to the wrong account, the refund of the fee may be obtained after a long effort and may cause various grievances. What are the Bulgarian Consulate Garanti Bank Account Numbers?

For Ankara, Istanbul and Bursa provinces, Bulgaria visa fees are deposited into Garanti Bank accounts. İş Bankası account number is used for Edirne. No extra transfer fee is requested for visa fees to be deposited by hand from relevant bank branches. When making the payment, the bank officer should be informed that an application for a Bulgaria visa will be made.
