    • HIV (Elisa) Test: If the person in Russia is not a first-degree relative of the applicant, a medical report signed and stamped by a doctor stating that the applicant does not have the HIV virus is required.

    Before the visa is submitted, during the evaluation phase of the visa application, the relevant Russian consulate may request different documents from the applicant in addition to the documents provided above or may invite the applicant for an interview.
