Punishment for Working Illegal in Bahrain
Foreigners who work illegally in Bahrain by overstaying their work visas will be fined 15 Bahraini dinars (approximately 745 Turkish lira and $40 in January 2025) and will be able to leave the country after paying the fine.
All foreigners working illegally are subject to deportation, while employers are fined at least 1,000 Bahraini dinars (approximately 50,000 Turkish lira and $2,650 in January 2025) for each illegally employed person.
In various cases, employers are given the right to legalise the employment status of foreigners by renewing their visas, but this right depends on how long the visa has been overstayed.

It is possible for people who violate Bahrain visas to obtain a new visa.
In case of a new visa application made after a visa violation, a valid reason must be provided regarding the previous visa violation; otherwise, the Bahrain visa may be rejected.
