The German Embassy has authorized the iDATA agency for document collection and pre-checking procedures for visa applications. Germany visas are processed in Ankara through this agency or through accredited agencies.

For visa applications, first of all, the visa application form must be filled in electronically via Videx , or the form must be printed and filled in by hand. Afterwards, an appointment must be made with the necessary documents for the Germany visa from the intermediary institution. If the application form is filled out incompletely or incorrectly, the visa application is considered invalid . In addition, problems such as not being able to make an appointment for a close date may occur.

    Visa Tracking and Appointment Procedures

The German Consulate does not give appointments for personal visa applications. In applications made through our accredited agency, the current documents requested by the Embassy are prepared completely on behalf of the applicant and the visa appointment is created for the day following the documents reaching our central office. The entire process is carried out completely and quickly with the experienced team. Visa tracking is done online via RSScanadaimmigration.com. In addition, all updates are sent to the applicant with 5-stage information SMSs.

Note: If the applicant has a Schengen visa obtained within the last 5 years, all procedures are completed by our field team without the applicant coming to the appointment and the approved visa is shipped to the address. If there is no Schengen visa, an authorized person from our field team will accompany the applicant to take fingerprints on the visa appointment date.
