Vietnam School Registration Procedures
Vietnam school registration procedures are completed by submitting the required documents after selecting a university and program of study. For those who will attend an undergraduate program, a high school diploma or for those who will attend a graduate program, a bachelor's or master's degree, a resume, a clean criminal record, English or Vietnamese language proficiency documents, and documents showing financial resources can be submitted to complete school registration procedures, while some schools may request additional documents. It is recommended to check the registration process when registering at schools.
Those who have completed their school registration must submit a copy of their registration document and proof of payment of tuition fees for their Vietnam student visa application.
Approval Letter for Vietnam Student Visa
A copy of the approval letter for a Vietnam student visa can be obtained from the Vietnam Immigration Office by contacting the International Office of the educational institution. Along with the approval letter, the visa application form, passport, visa fee payment receipt and other supporting documents must be submitted in the student visa application; the planned duration of stay in Vietnam must also be declared with documents.

A Vietnam student visa can be obtained by sending photographs of the approval correspondence and other required documents to the Vietnamese Embassy.
